Goutwise Privacy Policy

Goutwise ("the app") is built privacy-first. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.

What we collect

Nothing. Goutwise does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Every record you create — your flares, foods and drinks, uric acid readings, medications and notes — is stored only on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Health data is sensitive; the safest place for it is your own phone.

Purchases

Goutwise Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time "Lifetime" purchase. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Goutwise never sees or stores your payment information; the entire transaction is handled by Apple.

Your data, exported by you

Pro features let you generate a PDF report or export your data as CSV so you can share it with your doctor. These files are created on your device and are shared only when you choose to share them. We never receive a copy.

Deleting your data

Because all data lives on your device, deleting the app permanently and completely removes all of your data.

Children's privacy

Goutwise is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
