Keyreel Terms of Use

By downloading or using Keyreel you agree to these terms.

Your licence to use Keyreel is Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). The terms on this page are additional to it: they describe what the app is and how the subscription is billed. Where the two disagree, Apple’s agreement governs.

The service

Keyreel lets real estate agents and agencies create promotional videos and images for their listings from their own photos and details, using ready-made templates. All videos are created on your device.

Free use and the Keyreel Pro subscription

Previews are always free. New users can create 3 videos or images (Reels, carousel, post, story) for free; this allowance is granted once per device and is not used up if a creation fails. After that, unlimited creation is available through Keyreel Pro, a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The price is read from the App Store and shown on the purchase screen.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before that period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends, at the price shown at purchase.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription during the trial.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Prices are set per country by Apple and may change; a change applies from your next renewal and Apple will ask for your consent. Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policy at reportaproblem.apple.com; we cannot issue refunds directly.

Content and responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the photos and details you use in your videos, and for having the right to use them.
• The videos you create belong to you, and you may use them commercially.
• Calculations shown in templates (such as mortgage payments or rental yield) are illustrative and are not financial advice.
• The app is provided “as is”, without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
