The short version: nothing you do in the app reaches us. There is no account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. Two things you can choose to turn on go to Apple — a backup to your own iCloud, and a nearby-mosques search in Apple Maps — and they are described below.

What stays on your phone

• Your place, as coordinates, and your prayer-time settings.
• Your memorization record: what you hold, your reviews and when they are due.
• Your reading position, display choices, reminders and dhikr count.
• Your recitation log and any recordings you make of your own voice, and the prayers you mark as prayed.
• Recitations you download to listen without a connection.

These are kept in the app's own storage and in the shared container its widgets read. They are removed when you delete the app. "Start over" in the memorization settings deletes the record at any time.

Location

Your location is used to calculate prayer times and the qibla, on the phone. It is never sent to us. Even the name of your town is looked up in a list inside the app. You can also choose a place by name and never share your location.

If you add the "Nearby mosques" card to the home screen, the app asks Apple Maps for mosques around your place: the search and the place go to Apple, under Apple's privacy policy. Without that card, your location goes nowhere.

Microphone

Only if you record your own recitation in the recitation log. The recording is saved on the phone (and in your iCloud if you turn the backup on). It is never sent to us.

iCloud backup

Off unless you turn it on. When it is on, your memorization record, your recitation log and your recordings are copied to your own iCloud account, so a new iPhone can pick them up. This is Apple's storage, under your Apple Account; we cannot see it.

Notifications

Adhan and study reminders are scheduled on the phone as local notifications. No server is involved.

Listening to a recitation

When you press Listen, the app fetches that verse's recording directly from EveryAyah.com. Like any request on the internet, this shows EveryAyah's servers your IP address and which recording was asked for. The app sends nothing else, and nothing is fetched unless you listen.

Purchases

Purchases are made through Apple's App Store. We never see your payment details; the app checks with Apple, on the phone, whether the memorization program is unlocked.

Children

The app collects no personal data from anyone, children included.

Gizlilik

Mahfuz · Son güncelleme 25 Eylül 2026

Kısaca: uygulamada yaptığınız hiçbir şey bize gelmez. Hesap, reklam, analiz ya da izleme yoktur. İsterseniz açabileceğiniz iki şey Apple'a gider — kendi iCloud'unuza yedek ve Apple Haritalar'da yakındaki cami araması — aşağıda anlatılıyor.

Telefonunuzda kalanlar

Ezber ayarlarındaki "Baştan başla" kaydı istediğiniz an siler.

Konum

Ana sayfaya "Yakındaki camiler" kartını eklerseniz uygulama, bulunduğunuz yerin çevresindeki camileri Apple Haritalar'a sorar: arama ve yer, Apple'ın gizlilik politikası altında Apple'a gider. Bu kart yoksa konumunuz hiçbir yere gitmez.

Mikrofon

Yalnızca ezber defterinde kendi okuyuşunuzu kaydederseniz. Kayıt telefonda saklanır (yedeği açtıysanız iCloud'unuzda da). Bize hiçbir zaman gönderilmez.

iCloud yedeği

Siz açmadıkça kapalıdır. Açıkken ezber kaydınız, ezber defteriniz ve ses kayıtlarınız kendi iCloud hesabınıza kopyalanır; yeni bir iPhone onları alabilir. Burası Apple Hesabınız altındaki Apple depolamasıdır; biz göremeyiz.

Bildirimler

Ödeme bilgilerinizi hiç görmeyiz; ezber programının açık olup olmadığını uygulama, telefonda Apple'a sorar.

Çocuklar

Uygulama, çocuklar dahil kimseden kişisel veri toplamaz.
