Thyrowise Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Thyrowise app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Not medical advice
Thyrowise is a personal tracking and reminder tool. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Nothing in the app — including reference ranges, timing guidance, dose-impact views, and TSH trends — is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Lab reference ranges are approximations and vary between laboratories; medication-timing guidance is general information. Always consult your doctor about your treatment plan, medication, dose, and target lab values. Never change your dose or delay or disregard professional advice because of something in the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
Subscriptions & purchases
- Thyrowise Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) and as a one-time "Lifetime" purchase.
- The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, the subscription price is charged per period.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The one-time Lifetime purchase does not renew.
Your content
All data you enter is stored on your device and remains yours. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where the app provides export tools.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from reliance on the app, including missed reminders, inaccurate reference values, or incomplete records.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
